Professor Itamar Grotto, Health Ministry's No. two, said the number of dead and seriously ill recorded so far are not as bad as was feared.
"We have to begin to see the effects of measures imposed two weeks ago," Grotto said, "The stricter the measures the better we expect the results to be," he said.
