A 34-year-old man from Qiryat Haim was arrested over the weekend for his suspected involvement in spray painting swastikas and racist slurs on various houses in the area, including the British military cemetery in Haifa.
He is also suspected of calling the police hotline and threatened the operators.
He was sent to a psychological exam during his arrest.
