Steinitz: 'Israel thwarted major cyber attack against power plant'

Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz said on Wednesday that several months ago Israel thwarted a major cyber attack against one of its power plants.
"It was a very serious and sophisticated attempt to take control and paralyze one of the power plants," Steinitz said during the CyberTech conference in Tel Aviv.
