Firefighters on Sunday put out more than 20 blazes caused by incendiary balloons sent from Gaza.
A fire also caused by one of the airborne devices caused a halt in the train service between Ashkelon and Netivot.
Another balloon attached to a suspicious object was also spotted close to the railway tracks in the area of Kibbutz Gevim, close to the Gaza border.
