Home Front Command: No schools in Ashkelon, Netivot on Tuesday

The IDF's Home Front Command said Monday evening schools in Ashkelon and Netivot will remain closed on Tuesday amid escalating cross-border violence between Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
The new directive also prohibits indoor gatherings of over 300 participants and completely prohibits any outdoor gatherings.
Some 55,000 students have been told to stay home on Monday, the Education Ministry said.
