Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai says he will not reopen the city's schools on Sunday, despite a government decision to do so on a partial basis.
"Out of responsibility for the well-being and health of the children and educational staff, we will not be able to open our educational institutions until we have learned, understood and followed guidelines that will be issued at a later date," Huldai said.
