The Health Ministry reported Monday evening that there are 524 coronavirus patients in serious condition across the country's hospitals and 142 of them are receiving respiratory assistance from ventilators.
Health authorities also reported 2,984 Israelis have tested positive for coronavirus since midnight, about 10% of some 30,000 coronavirus tests conducted.
There are currently 39,592 active carriers of the pathogen throughout the country and 118,547 Israelis have made a full recovery.
