Hundreds of Israeli passengers who arrived in Israel from Dubai refuse to evacuate to hotels for isolation, as per the new government regulations.
Many of the passengers claim that they were placed behind fences and that no representative from Home Front Command or Ben Gurion Airport explained to them the process of the evacuation.
