The family of Hadar Goldin, an IDF soldier whose body is held captive by Hamas in Gaza, petitioned the High Court of Justice, demanding that Israel closes its entry points into the Palestinian enclave and end humanitarian aid until the bodies of Goldin and fellow soldier Oron Shaul, as well as two other Israeli citizens, be returned.
The court halted proceedings on the petition until a freedom of information order filled by the family to COGAT regarding Israel's activities in the checkpoints to Gaza and the West Bank is accepted.
