An IDF spokesman said that prominent singer Noa Kirel, who is currently serving in the IDF, participated in a Rosh Hashana video shoot with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in violation of military procedures, and without the approval of authorized parties.
"Appearance by IDF soldiers in political settings is strictly prohibited," the IDF said. "The soldier received approval from the IDF at levels that are not authorized to do so."
