Rivlin says he's happy 'to pass the baton' to Herzog

President Reuven Rivlin on Wednesday congratulated Isaac Herzog on becoming his successor after winning a vote in the Knesset.
"Keeping the guard of the Israeli state entails a heavy responsibility," he said. "I have no doubt that you will do an excellent job, and I am proud to pass the baton to you, in about a month's time."
