Justice Minister Avi Nissenkorn said in an interview with Ynet on Thursday that despite the basic right to demonstrate, "we have agreed to vote in favor of limiting the demonstrations because the infection rate must be reduced."
According to Nissenkorn, "we have said and written in the law that every week we will have to re-approve (the restriction). Once there is an easing of the closure, we will bring back the right to demonstrate just as it was."
