Saeb Erekat calls ICC announcement a message of hope for Palestinians

Saeb Erekat, former PLO chief, called the decision on Friday by the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), a positive and an encouraging step that will help prevent criminals from evading justice.
"This is a message of hope for our people" Erekat said.
