A delegation of Egyptian intelligence personnel on Wednesday afternoon entered the Gaza Strip ahead of a meeting with Hamas officials to discuss a potential, long-term ceasefire arrangement with Israel.
The delegation entered the Gaza Strip through the Erez border crossing, having landed earlier in Israel.
