Assad says Israeli attacks in Syria 'facilitate the movement of ISIS members'

Syrian President Bashar al Assad said in a speech to the Syrian parliament on Wednesday that "the purpose of the Israeli attacks in the Deir al-Zor area is to facilitate the movement of ISIS members."
According to Assad, "the United States needs the terrorists in this area, who are led by ISIS."
