Veteran Likud MK Benny Begin calls on party leader Benjamin Netanyahu to resign as prime minister, saying Israel could not have a premier under criminal indictment.
"It is not possible to accept a situation in which a prime minister has an indictment on his back," Begin tells Army Radio.
"It is not only a legal question - there is an educational and moral aspect. One cannot treat the indictment as if it were rain - he cannot be prime minister," Begin said.
