Construction of a homeless shelter on top of an old Islamic cemetery in Jaffa will restart after Tel Aviv District Court Judge Limor Bibi rejected on Tuesday a suit by the Jaffa Islamic Council to halt construction.
Riots and protests broke out after construction began at the site last month, with multiple incidents of arson in Jaffa.
