U.S. reports 1st case of person-to-person spread of coronavirus

Health officials reported Thursday the first case of person-to-person spread of the new virus from China in the United States.
The Chicago man is reported to have been infected with the new flu-like pathogen by his wife who got sick from the virus after she returned from a trip to Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the outbreak.
The new case is the sixth reported in the United States.
