Kfar Sava attacker identified as Palestinian from West Bank

The teenager who stabbed and wounded a woman in Kfar Sava on Tuesday was identified by police as a Palestinian from the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
The 19-year-old was shot and seriously wounded by a passer-by after he stabbed his 62-year-old victim, who is in moderate to serious condition.
