U.S. Treasury issues fresh North Korea-related sanctions

The U.S. Treasury Department issued new sanctions on Thursday related to North Korea, according to the department's website.
The sanctions target two new entities, one North Korean and one Russian: the Korea Cholsan General Trading Corp and Mokran LLC, it said.
