Rabbi stabbed in London attack, police rule out terrorism

An Orthodox rabbi was stabbed in the head in the Stoke Newington area of London on Friday.
Passers-by wrestled the attacker to the ground, the BBC said. He is being investigated for attempted murder.
Police said they are not treating the attack as a terrorist offense.
