Three Syrian soldiers, seven pro-Iranian militia fighters and a civilian were killed in an alleged Israeli raid in Syria late Monday, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The raids targeted Syrian army positions southwest of Damascus and other sites belonging to pro-Iranian groups, including Hezbollah in the southern province of Daraa.
