Southern District Attorney's Office on Sunday filed an indictment at the Be'er Sheva District Court against 23-year-old Vogdi Altori from the Beduin city of Rahat for committing "indecent acts" on two 14-year-old girls at a shopping center.
According to an indictment, the teens were walking around the Grand Canyon Shopping Mall in Be'er Sheva during the Purim holiday when the defendant approached the girls.
The prosecution has requested for the defendant to be detained until the end of the legal proceedings.
