Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus and was receiving treatment at hospital, the Interfax news agency reported."Yes, I am sick. I am receiving treatment," Peskov was quoted as saying.
