The Health Ministry said Thursday that Israelis cannot move apartments unless it was absolutely urgent to do so.
The restriction is part of the new regulations on Israelis that came into effect on Wednesday afternoon that ban people from moving more than 100 meters from their homes unless they are going to work or shopping for food and medical supplies.
