Benjamin Netanyahu is to make a statement in the coming hour, preempting his political rival Benny Gantz, who said earlier that he would be making his own statement about the ongoing negotiations between the two party leaders for a unity government.
Gantz will issue his statement after Netanyahu has spoken.
