Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Blue & White Chairman Benny Gantz on Wednesday failed to determine the identity of the next health minister after the two met at Knesset.
Earlier, Yamina Chairman and Defense Minister Naftali Bennett announced that he has formally requested the health portfolio from Prime Minister Netanyahu.
Bennett said that he intends to establish a national center for pandemics that will allow Israel to handle any future outbreaks with minimal damage to the economy.
