Hamas' Gaza governor Yahya Sinwar said Monday that the terror group is ready for "immediate negotiations" to reach a prisoner exchange with Israel, but refused to link rebuilding efforts in the coastal enclave to any possible future deal on the issue.
"The issue of prisoner exchanges saw some movement lately, but it came to a halt due to what [Israel] went through," he said, alluding to Israel's political turmoil.
