A spokesperson for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas slams the newly announced plan to build 3,000 settlement homes in Jerusalem.
"Netanyahu's insistence on building thousands of settlement units is the systematic destruction of the two-state solution and the implementation of the Trump plan," says Nabil Abu Rudeineh.
