Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday congratulated U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris after they were sworn into office on the Capitol steps in Washington.
Netanyahu reminded the President Biden of their 40 year friendship and said he was looking forward to working together.
