As of Monday concrete will be allowed into the Gaza Strip for use in the private sector/
Israel will not be able to monitor how much of the concrete will be handed over to the Hamas for military use.
No official explanation for the decision has been given but it is in line with the long-term understandings negotiated with the Gaza ruling terror group for calm along the Israel - Gaza border.
