The IDF spokesperson addressed last night's clashes between ultra-Orthodox Jews and Palestinians at Joseph's Tomb, stating: "Israeli citizens attempted to enter Nablus from several locations without coordination and contrary to law. IDF forces blocked the entrances to the city and worked to disperse the gatherings." It was further reported that "several citizens entered the Joseph's Tomb compound in the city, where a violent confrontation developed between them and Palestinian civilians. All citizens were evacuated from the area and will be transferred by IDF forces to Israel Police for further investigation."
