The Central District Attorney's Office (Criminal Division) filed an indictment with the Netanya Magistrate's Court against Umidjon Mugimov, a 43-year-old caregiver from Uzbekistan, for abusing a helpless person under his care. According to the indictment, Mugimov cursed at the patient in his home, pinched him, struck him forcefully and caused him injury.
