The prosecution submitted an indictment to the Jerusalem District Court against Yoel Richardson (37) on charges of murder. According to the indictment, at the beginning of the month Richardson murdered a patient at the Kfar Shaul Psychiatric Hospital in the city. The defendant arrived at the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation after being charged with murdering his mother at the end of last month.
