The IDF reported that Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi spoke yesterday with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the U.S. Army, General CQ Brown, and the incoming commander of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), Admiral Brad Cooper. It was stated that the parties discussed the strategic situation in various theaters and the importance of cooperation between the armies. The Chief of Staff congratulated Admiral Cooper on his new appointment.
