The debate on the dismissal of Hadash-Ta'al chairman MK Ayman Odeh will be held in the Knesset plenum on Monday, July 14. Earlier this week, the Knesset Committee voted in favor of Odeh's dismissal. The request for his dismissal was submitted by Likud MK Avichai Boaron, claiming that he "supports terrorism." Fourteen Knesset members voted in favor of his dismissal, compared to two who opposed - with a requirement of a three-quarters majority of committee members. In the Knesset plenum, a majority of 90 MKs is required.
