An 88-year-old man and a 79-year-old woman were seriously injured in a traffic accident involving two vehicles on the Coastal Highway near Hof HaSharon interchange. A 27-year-old woman sustained minor injuries in the accident, which occurred when a vehicle hit another car parked on the side of the road, leaving the seriously injured victims trapped in their vehicle. MDA (emergency medical) teams evacuated them to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba and Laniado Hospital in Netanya.
