Sergio Busquets, one of the greatest midfielders in Spanish soccer history, announced he will retire from active play at the end of the upcoming MLS season. The former Barcelona captain and Spanish national team star currently plays for Inter Miami in the United States, which he joined in 2023 alongside his longtime teammate Leo Messi. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone, and thank you to soccer for everything. You will always be part of this beautiful story."
