The High Court issued a conditional order against the Drori Committee - the governmental investigation committee dealing with the spyware affair - and instructed Justice Minister Yariv Levin and the government to explain why it should not be canceled, after it was established without coordination mechanisms with Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara.
