IDF Arabic spokesperson Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation notice to residents in the Gaza port area, Rimal neighborhood and Al-Kawather Tower in Gaza City. The notice stated that "the IDF will soon attack the building due to the presence of Hamas terror infrastructure inside or beside it. For your safety, you must evacuate the building immediately and head south to the humanitarian zone in Al-Mawasi."
