Iranian state broadcaster issued an 'urgent warning' to oil facilities in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. In an appeal to citizens and residents in the vicinity of the following facilities — the Samref refinery in Saudi Arabia, the Al Hosn gas field in the UAE, the Al-Jubail petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia, the Mesaieed petrochemical complex in Qatar — it stated: 'These facilities have become direct and legitimate targets and will be hit in the coming hours. All citizens, residents and workers are requested to immediately leave these areas and move to a safe distance without any delay.'
