Transportation Minister Miri Regev's office claims the saga of U.S. military refueling planes parked at Ben-Gurion Airport has ended, and that by July 21, the number of refueling aircraft stationed there will be reduced to 20 as agreed upon with the U.S. military. It was reported that the remaining refueling planes will be stationed at IDF bases allocated by the Defense Ministry. In contrast, the Defense Ministry said there is no final agreement that only 20 refueling planes will remain at Ben-Gurion Airport, and that in any case, additional discussions will be held and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will have to make a decision on the matter.
