The Supreme Court announced that MK Ofer Cassif, as well as the Joint List and Ra'am parties, will be allowed to run in the upcoming Knesset elections. This is a reversal of the decision made by the Central Elections Committee. Regarding Cassif, it was noted that "all judges in the panel distance themselves from Cassif's outrageous statements and actions, which evoke disgust." Concerning the Joint List and Ra'am, it was written: "The materials submitted do not meet the standards established in case law for disqualifying a candidate list."
