During the night, the Intelligence Division identified that the top leadership of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Air Force was gathering in an underground headquarters to prepare for an attack on the State of Israel. Israeli Air Force fighter jets struck the headquarters where the IRGC Air Force commander, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, was present along with other senior officials. This was reported by the IDF spokesperson, who added that along with Hajizadeh, the commander of the UAV headquarters in the IRGC Air Force and the commander of the Air Defense headquarters of the IRGC Air Force were also eliminated.
