The death toll from a Colombian military plane crash in Putumayo province has risen to 66, according to an official source in the country. The commander of the nation's armed forces, Hugo Alejandro López, said there were 128 passengers on the plane, including 11 air force soldiers, 115 army personnel and two police officers.
