The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the Haifa District Court against Mohammed Kayal, a Nahariya resident, for aggravated murder of Mamoun Rabah in Jdeida-Makr in October 2022. According to the indictment, the murder was carried out against the backdrop of a violent and prolonged feud between the families of Kayal and Rabah, around the time of which Kayal's brother was also killed. The indictment further states that Kayal and his accomplices arrived at the scene and shot Rabah at close range multiple times until his death.
