Forces from Brigade 7 under Division 98 command operating in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza identified three militants transferring explosives intended to booby-trap the area. The Air Force, guided by ground forces, eliminated them, IDF spokesperson reported. The brigade forces, together with Yahalom combat engineers, also located and destroyed an underground tunnel system approximately 30 meters deep and 700 meters long that was used for terrorist activities. Additionally, dozens of militants were eliminated and about 100 terrorist infrastructure targets were destroyed.
