|
Three people were killed and 15 were injured in an explosion near a café in central Moscow. This was reported by the Russian news agency TASS, citing official sources. Eyewitnesses told Russian Telegram channels that a party was being held at the affected restaurant "in honor of a senior figure." Some Telegram channels indicated that the figure was Russian Air Force Commander Alexander Chaiko, who assumed his position a month and a half ago. There is no official confirmation of this.
