Coalition chairman Ofir Katz announced that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed him not to advance proposals regarding applying sovereignty in Judea and Samaria until further notice. According to him, the decision was made after coalition members broke coalition discipline and voted yesterday in favor of the bill to apply sovereignty in the West Bank. The announcement also comes after criticism from US President Donald Trump, who said in an interview with American magazine "Time" that he would not allow Israel to annex Judea and Samaria, and after his deputy JD Vance said "the vote was strange. If it was a political exercise, it was a stupid political exercise and I was offended by it".
