The Likud party has signed a surplus vote agreement with the Religious Zionism party and the Zehut party. In the Change Bloc, surplus vote agreements have already been signed between the Yachad party and Yisrael Beiteinu, and the Yashar! party with the Democrats. Otzma Yehudit chairman Itamar Ben-Gvir has not yet decided whether to sign a surplus vote agreement with Ofer Winter, chairman of Imcha Yisrael, and this is essentially the only option remaining. Meanwhile, if Winter's party does not pass the electoral threshold, any surplus vote agreement with it will not count. The final deadline for signing a surplus vote agreement is 11 days before the elections, which will be held on October 27.
